Our church noticeboard

We meet for our regular service each Sunday morning. This service normally starts at 11:30 a.m., except on Remembrance Sunday, when it starts at 11:45 a.m., and on Christmas Day (when it falls on a Sunday), when it starts at 11:00 a.m. The service lasts about one hour.

We also meet for services on Good Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Christmas Day at 11:00 a.m., and we have an Evening Harvest Service on the fourth Sunday in September at 7:00 p.m. Visitors from all backgrounds are most welcome at all our services.

Our two Communion services each year are the Sunday morning services on the first Sunday in May and the first Sunday in November. Communion in our church is open to all.

We have Sunday School for children and teenagers throughout the year apart from the summer months (July and August) and a couple of weeks just after Christmas.

The first commandment is this: "Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God is one Lord, and you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength." The second is this: "You must love your neighbour as yourself." No other commandment is greater than these.

Mark 12:29-31
